Mostly the central air conditioners are used widely and hence, there is a need to emphasize mostly on these types of AC. There are so many different sections inside the Air Conditioner and one among them is the heat exchanger section. Here, the condensation and cooling of the refrigerant is done and hence, it is converted from vapor form to the liquid form. Through the heat exchanger section, the air is blown inwards from the condenser and hence, in this, a fan plays a vital role and this fan is known as AC Condenser Fan. At the top position of this unit, there is a grating and through it, the air is made to blow outward. Hence, this fan is significant in this operation.

It is also possible that with the continuous use of this AC Condenser Fan, it may get damage and hence, there is a need to repair it or even sometimes, it needs to be replaced. If these problems are not repaired then it may also get interfered into the operational unit of the air conditioner. The very first problem is in the capacitors. The fan is operated with the help of motor comprised of coils. With the help of this capacitor run, the current gets altered in the more coils and hence, rotating magnetic field is produced. However, if the capacitor gets damaged, the current is restricted to fewer coils and hence the speed gets lowered.

Because of the excessive operation, the overheating can be caused and hence, because of this, the motor can also get damage. Because of the excess current, its winding may gets burned and hence, it may be solved completely by replacing the motor rather than repairing the winding. Sometimes, the bearings can also get failed inside the AC Condenser Fan. The spinning operation of the fan is possible only because of the bearings and hence, if the bearings are damaged, the fan will remain stuck to one position and its rotation is disabled.
